GENERAL TRADE TERMS 2015
1. ORDERING
Any order implies full knowledge of the general trade terms. Orders can be sent to our sales representative or to our office by email, mail, telephone, fax numbers listed.
Office opening hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00 am to 12:0 am, 01:30 pm to 05:30 pm) and Friday (8:00 am to 12:00 am, 01:30 pm to 04:30 pm).
2. DELIVERIES
2.1 - The minimum of order per delivery is 350 € . Order below will be charged with an amount of 15 € for management fees.
2.2 - Prices are invoiced in Euros (excluding VAT), transportation excluded.(ex works).
2.3 - Delivery times mentioned when ordering are only indicative and any delay do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale or to reject the goods and claim damages.
2.4 - All claims must be reported to us within 3 days of goods delivery. Without a clear request and upon that time, no litigation will be accepted.
3.PAYMENT
3.1 - All our invoices are payable by bank transfer prior to order.
3.2 - In case of failure to settle a due amount, remaining invoices will become immediately due. In addition, the pending orders may be suspended without notice.
3.3 - Failure to pay by the agreed deadline will mean a penalty of 15% of the outstanding amount as a conventional interest. In this case, we keep the right to mandate any lawyer to pursue the recovery of our debt.
3.4- In case of dispute, Commercial Court of Lyon, France, will be the only qualified Court regardless of the type or the place of settlement.
4. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
It is expressly agreed that the goods remain our property until full payment of the sale price. Under the terms of the law, we reserve the right in case of need to reclaim the goods delivered by registered letter.
5.OUT OF STOCK.
We attempt to avoid as much possible out of stock. We cannot be reponsible for any shortage. Backorder can be shipped if duly agreed by both parties.
